Hormonal imbalances can be the result of a wide range of dysfunctions within the hormonal feedback cascade. Each of which can manifest themselves in various ways, often leading to delays in diagnosis and treatment. Furthermore, symptoms may vary between individuals.

At HoliHormones we strongly believe that each path to hormonal health is unique. Therefore, in order to find the right approach for your needs we work off a 5 tier system.

  1. Questionnaire: in order to understand your needs we will ask you to undertake a questionnaire containing questions regarding your symptoms, previous diagnoses and treatments, as well as nutritional intake and life stressors.
  2. Online intake assessment: speak to our nutritionist to discuss personal needs and questions.
  3. Hormone check: we offer fully accredited off-site hormone testing through collaboration with the BioVis diagnostic laboratory
  4. Personalised advice: your personal hormonal health pathway will be established by our nutritionist and doctors based on your needs and our assessment findings.
  5. Follow up sessions: we offer periodic personalised support for each of our clients, in which we’ll assess progress, need for adjustments or general support in your pathway towards improved hormonal health. Follow up sessions can be with our nutritionist or medical doctor depending on the expertise required.

Guidance packages

Standard guidance – €170 (questionnaire, 40-minute intake session, hormone test*, personalised plan and guidance, 20-minute follow up session)

Basic guidance – €60 (questionnaire, 40-minute intake session, personalised plan and guidance). Suitable for those who have established hormonal imbalances which is being monitored elsewhere.

Additional follow up sessions – €30

Additional hormonal test* – €90 full; €50 selected
